A well-meaning religious instructor once suggested me to think getting married in order to overcome my porn addiction. After no success giving it up, I considered marriage and tried a courtship – only to realize halfway in the method that I was still watching it. If I couldn’t stop while I was in a connection with a real woman, who’s to say I would end if we got married? I knew at that time that my performance wasn’t just a bad habit; it was an addiction that had a life of it’s personal – I was totally powerless over it and I couldn’t finish no matter how bad I tried.
